Republican Dino Rossi is now Washington state's Governor-elect.
Some reliably liberal writers believe that Democrat Christine Gregoire's own incompetence is responsible for the debacle she has created for herself.
Gregoire, ever the sore loser who cannot accept that she has lost the race, is pursuing money to pay for a manual recount of the votes.
Some others think that Gregoire and the Washington Democrats should stop trying to turn the election into a "two bit" race.
