Another nail in the coffin of the European constitution, as Dutch voters overwhelmingly reject it. The only unfortunate aspect of this is that it somewhat takes away from the embarrassment of the Jacques Chirac. I always enjoy seeing Jacques Chirac in full embarrassment mode, so my feelings about this are a little mixed.
