In time of war, and at a time when the country needs a serious alternative to oil dependancy on the Middle East, the Senate rejects one of those alternatives.

And don't send any money to the Republican Senatorial Campaign Committeee, lest it possibly find its way to the likes of Sens. Chafee and DeWine. Especially irritating is Chafee, who more often than not goes out of his way to stick it to his colleagues in the Republican Senate caucus.
