North Korea is warning of "all out countermeasures" if sanctions are imposed on it in response to yesterday's missile launches. Presumably, this means another ICBM that will failingly fall into the Sea of Japan. Humor aside, another such obvious and embarassing failure may or may not happen, which is why - despite the technological problems with their long-range missiles that the North Korean regime has displayed - the threat must still be taken seriously.
