John Kerry absolutely insists that his latest episode of verbal diarrhea was solely and intentionally directed at George W. Bush. But as always, as with anything that John Kerry claims, one must look beyond what he says he means in order to find out what the truth of the matter is. It turns out that John Kerry's latest slander of the US military, and his insinuation that only the poor and the uneducated makeup the majority of service people in the US military today, that insinuation highly parallels what he believed in 1972.
John Kerry said what he meant this week and he meant what he said. He truly believes that the US military is mostly dominated by those who did not study or make the grade, were less intelligent, or were otherwise underprivileged in life. His arrogance with regards to the US military, and those who are serving in it, is as apparent as the rising sun. His comments now almost perfectly parallel his comments back then.
