Bayh Opposes Rice
Not very surprising. Evan Bayh needs to distinguish himself somehow from Hillary Clinton, who by the way did vote for Rice. Maybe this is his first attempt to curry the favor of the Deaniacs.
Fred Barnes calls the Democrats' recent strategy the "Gingrich strategy" on Fox's roundtable - resist, get tough, and attract voters.
